Dran Admin Cleaner includes recovery and safety mechanisms designed for situations where a configuration causes unexpected access problems.

You can use the available recovery method to temporarily bypass configured restrictions and regain access to the admin area.

We recommend keeping your recovery information somewhere safe, especially before making significant configuration changes.

Simple gradients may be converted into SVG gradients. Complex shading, textures or irregular gradients may be represented using multiple vector shapes, so the result can differ slightly from the original image.

JPG does not support transparency. Transparent areas are filled with a white background when converting to JPG.

You can convert JPG, PNG, and WebP images between any of these supported formats.

Logos, icons, illustrations and graphics with clear shapes and distinct colors usually produce the best results. Photos, textures and highly detailed images may create more complex SVGs.

Please describe what happened, what you expected to happen, and any steps that can reproduce the problem.

Please do not send passwords, API keys, recovery tokens, or other sensitive credentials through the contact form.

Although updates are designed to preserve your existing configuration, having a recent backup is always a good precaution.

Use the Forgot Password option on the sign-in page.

Enter the email address associated with your Dran account and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

If you created your account using Google sign-in, you normally do not need an Dran password to sign in.
